The 30' Steel Tug sunk on the north side of Hillsboro Inlet on the inside. The vessel was leaking fuel into the Hillsboro Inlet. TowBoatU.S. Salvage Team responded to the casualty. The fuel was contained with containment boom. Salvage Divers used absorbent materials to clean the pollutants and secure the source of the flooding. A crane was staged from the seawall. The vessel was raised and secured to the seawall. |
