With the addition of TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale's new 10,000 square foot warehouse, the company has ramped up another aspect of services available to their customers. Director of Operations Kevin Collins reflects “We have always had the capability to take the necessary steps to preserve a vessel that has been submerged but we rarely offered this service due to the lack of space in our former location. With the move to our new warehouse and separate 5,000 square foot office facility, things have really changed! We now have the ability to routinely transport previously submerged vessels back to our facility to preserve their mechanical components quickly and effectively and store them for our customers until final repairs can be completed. We bridge the difficult gap of finding qualified mechanics to get “wet” motors running on nights and weekends. Our mechanics are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are experienced in all aspects of marine mechanics!” The company can store many of these boats at the same time awaiting return to their owners or respective insurance providers.
