Captain Adrian Barker Recognized for 10 years
of Service with TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale

Anyone that has ever spent time with Adrian Barker is struck by his infectious positive attitude and “can do” spirit. TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale has been fortunate to have that spirit and attitude on board their 96’ OSV Richard L. Becker for the past ten years. When Adrian (Known to most of us as Budha) came to work for TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale, he was hired as a Patrol Captain but quickly transitioned to First mate on board the Becker. For the past 4 years, Adrian has held the position of Master on the Becker and does a phenomenal job meeting the needs of the customers that charter this boat. He is active in every aspect of the charter; from navigation to deck operations to menu planning and cooking. Adrian does it all with a smile on his face and a special way of making it all look easy.

If you are ever underway and you see the bright red 96’ steel OSV with the words TowBoatU.S. emblazoned across the hull in white, tip your hat to a very capable captain and a great guy. Congratulations Adrian, here’s to another ten years!
