Salty Jobs!

Sean Smith, MIASF Director of Membership has embarked upon a new project recently. He is the front man for a video series entitled “Salty Jobs”. The project is dedicated to a cause that is near and dear to business owners and managers in the marine industry. The ultimate goal is to draw talented employees into the industry that may be entering the workforce for the first time or employed in similar jobs outside the Marine Industry. A talented carpenter, mechanic or electrician can choose his path in this growing industry. Their new work environment might be waterfront on a 10 million dollar yacht instead of working in a high rise apartment building or under the hood of a car!
