Our Goal is to Turn Customers into Fans!

TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale recently went to work on a project for the U.S. Navy offshore of Port Canaveral Florida. Unfortunately, the operation details cannot be disclosed but our 96’ OSV Richard L. Becker was chartered as it provided the needed deck space and crane to ensure a successful result. The lead Engineer on this operation brought a big smile to the faces of the crew and the Management by sending the follow-up email copied below. Director of Sales Barney Hauf comments, “Our crew works really hard to anticipate our customers’ needs and to exceed their expectations. I know passing this praise along to you may sound self serving, but it is intended as a way to publicly praise our crew for the incredible job that they do on each and every charter. OK, we might be bragging a bit too!”

Your guys did a great job on our charter at Port Canaveral.  We had rough weather, major schedule changes, and other challenges, but never heard a single complaint. Adrian, Brandon, Tom, Ben, and Zach all were right on the spot when we needed the crane or capstan or another boat movement. And the food.... that was the best run of good food I think I've ever had in my life!! Every single meal was both healthy and delicious.
