Jamie Callaghan Promoted to Human Resources Administrator

Jamie Callaghan joined TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale in July of 2014 as a full time Dispatcher. Her experience as a Captain on board tour boats in Boston, MA and Ft. Lauderdale, FL was one of the factors that helped her catch on quickly and become a real asset to the company. Her ability and eagerness to learn new tasks and grasp new concepts readily made her an easy choice when it was time to fill a position that had just been created. With over 35 employees operating from 3 bases, serving customers in several different divisions over a large geographic area, it became increasingly clear to TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale’s management that an individual concentrating on “all things personnel” was not only warranted, but necessary.
