Facilities

At our maintenance facility in Pompano Beach, we construct, maintain and repair our entire fleet. Heading up the operation at the facility is our Shop Supervisor, Jeff Hamilton.

Our vessels must be ready to respond at any time.  Preventative maintenance and repairs are necessary to keep the fleet in prime condition.  Jeff completes a multitude of tasks spanning from basic oil changes, zinc replacement, bottom painting to fabricating custom parts for our vessels.

Custom metal fabrication is a large part of the construction that is done at our facility. We house a sand blaster, band saws, welder, hydraulic press and metal lathe that enable us to fabricate many custom parts for our vessels as well as provide effective methods to preserve existing parts on the vessels.

This facility is also used to warehouse equipment for salvage operations.  Examples of this type of equipment includes diesel powered 4" pumps (3700 gph), pick-up and discharge hoses, various sized lift bags, boom, lines, dive tanks and compressors.  Salvage equipment must be ready to perform at optimum standards at any given time.  Our Salvage Master works closely with Jeff to keep the equipment ready and to properly service it when the equipment returns from use during a salvage operation.
